2008 RESOLUTIONS

• 104 Allowing for the Woodland Village Association's second Annual Community Yard Sale.
• 105 Permitting a Charitable Organization to solicit funds, namely the American Legion Post #28.
• 106 Granting a Raffle License to the Absecon Saltwater Sportsmen.
• 107 Authorizing the Chief Financial Officer to refund escrow fees and application fees for Block 237, Lot 36 known as 205 Ohio Ave. in the name of Kelvin Johnson.
• 108 Authorizing a refund for an over payment of Construction fees for 70 E. Woodland Ave in the name of Kevin Hodges.
• 109 Approving the insertion of a special item of revenue into the 2008 Municipal Budget to allow for the receipt of 9,560.23 from the State of New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection.
• 110 Determining the form and other details of $4,400,000 General Improvement Bonds of the City of Absecon, in the County of Atlantic, New Jersey and providing for their sale.
