• 120 Appointing a Registrar of Vital Statistics, namely Carie A. Crone.
• 121 Appointing a Deputy Registrar of Vital Statistics, namely Tina M. Lawler.
• 122 Appointing a part-time Boat Ramp Monitor, namely James Smith.
• 123 Authorizing an application for funds to the New Jersey Department of Transportation, I Boat New Jersey Fund.
• 124 Authorizing Remington, Vernick & Walberg, City Engineers, to prepare and submit the 2009 State Aid Application.
