2008 ORDINANCES

• 07 Amending Chapter 224, Article XVIII, Regulations applicable to all zoning districts.

• 154 Renewing Alcoholic Beverage Licenses within the City of Absecon.
• 155 Authorizing the acceptance of, and when authorized, the release of various street opening permit security deposits.
• 156 Authorizing the advertisement for one permanent part time and two substitute part time school crossing guards.
• 157 Appointing two full-time Tele-Communicators, namely James Fogle and Lynne DeLeon.
• 158 Supporting a revised funding percentage for The Senior Citizen and Disabled Resident Transportation Assistance Program (SCADRTAP) Assembly Bill 2046 & Senate Bill 1830.
