104 Allowing for the Woodland Village Association's second Annual Community Yard Sale.
105 Permitting a Charitable Organization to solicit funds, namely the American Legion Post #28.
106 Granting a Raffle License to the Absecon Saltwater Sportsmen.
107 Authorizing the Chief Financial Officer to refund escrow fees and application fees for Block 237, Lot 36 known as 205 Ohio Ave. in the name of Kelvin Johnson.
108 Authorizing a refund for an over payment of Construction fees for 70 E. Woodland Ave in the name of Kevin Hodges.
109 Approving the insertion of a special item of revenue into the 2008 Municipal Budget to allow for the receipt of 9,560.23 from the State of New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection.
110 Determining the form and other details of $4,400,000 General Improvement Bonds of
the City of Absecon, in the County of Atlantic, New Jersey and providing for their sale.

REPORTS
Mayor - thanked Councilwoman Gorman and all others who participated this past Saturday in the City Clean-up; it was a job well done by all
Fred - will not be having a meeting on Monday but will have the engineer explain the road program later.
Eddie - explained the process and what is to happen and hopes to award bid at 5/15 meeting.
Jerry - asked for an update on Dr. Rupert Drive.
Fred - that road belongs to the County and they are doing some road paving on Shore Road and they said they would do about the first 50 ft. on Dr. Rupert Drive.
Eddie - will follow up with the County Engineer about adding more paving up that street
Charlie - no report
Bobbie - thanked all those who worked on the clean-up day. Had National Day of Prayer today at the Gazebo. Announced upcoming events. Amy Costabile found a duck tangled in fishing line and gave her a lot of credit for doing it.
Terry - no report
Jerry - his meeting is Tuesday and he gave a "hats off" to Public Works Dept. for their work at Pitney Park. Wished Carie a Happy Birthday.
